Workshop Agenda
Day 1 – Orientation
We meet with 4-6 key managers individually (max 1 hour) to get to know your company, your people, your product and your performance and processes.
Day 2 – Workshop
We conduct a customized Operational Excellence Workshop (approx 6-7 hours) for your leadership team, building on the information from the previous day’s orientation.

Our on-site workshops are conducted anywhere in the world for $2,000 USD plus travel and workshop material costs.
