Bovino Consulting Group is a fast-paced, internationally recognized, effective group located in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Our objective is to help clients improve business operating performance by guiding them through a group involvement and group reward process called Productivity & Quality Gainsharing.
The process involves defining operating performance objectives, developing variable-pay systems, establishing effective performance improvement teams, and creating systems to share performance information and capture employees’ improvement ideas.

5 Years Manufacturing or Consulting Experience

Strong Quantitative Skills (Economics, Econometric Analysis, Accounting, Finance, or Applied Mathematics)
